Dr Anuksha Gujadhur - General Physician / Nephrologist
Dr Anuksha Gujadhur is an enthusiastic nephrologist and general physician, who has been practising in the Gippsland area since 2015. She completed her medical degree with honors at the University of Melbourne in 2005 and received her nephrology training in tertiary centres, including Eastern Health, Frankston and the Alfred Hospitals.
Dr Gujadhur is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and finished her Masters of Public Health (MPH) in 2013, with a sub-specialisation in the epidemiology and management of chronic diseases. She joined the team at the Baw Baw Physicians Consulting Rooms in 2015 and has been part of the physicians’ roster at West Gippsland Healthcare Group since 2016. Dr Gujadhur has over the years worked in close collaboration with the local general practitioners and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for patients. She currently also works at LaTrobe Regional Hospital, where she runs general nephrology clinics, and provides a referral service for inpatients. She is further responsible for the care of patients on dialysis and with renal transplants in the area. Dr Gujadhur also holds a Senior Clinical Lecturer position via Monash University and dedicates a lot of her time towards the training of young doctors. She additionally holds regular educational sessions, in conjunction with Kidney Health Australia, for the local General Practitioners.
