Procedures and Fees

We offer the following procedures which are bulk billed and include echocardiography, stress echo cardiography and holter monitoring.  A fee of $80.00 applies to Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (not refundable through Medicare) and a fee of $170.00 applies to stress testing for private patients with a Medicare rebate of $133.45, (pensioners and healthcare card holders are bulk billed). Echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms need to be booked through Total Cardiovascular Care who provide the service at our practice. They can be contacted on (03) 9070 6116.

Fees do apply to consultations with some cardiologists and endocrinologists; pensioners and healthcare card holders pay a reduced fee.

Our renal specialists bulk bill all their patients.

There are fees associated with consults with our other specialists for private patients, but pensioners and healthcare card holders will be bulk billed.  

A non attendance fee of $50 is applicable for patients who do not attend their appointment or cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.
