FEES

To ensure we can provide high quality sustainable healthcare, doctors no longer bulk bill Telehealth (video) or phone consultations. These consultations can be given at a discounted rate only if approved by the doctor at the time of the consultation. DVA Gold card holders will continue to be bulk billed.

Full payment is expected at the conclusion of each consultation. Our reception staff will call you for payment via credit card over the phone.

Please be kind to reception staff as they communicate the fees determined by the doctor, they do not set the fees. Aggressive behaviour and any form of verbal abuse to staff will not be tolerated. Our staff are working as hard as they can to care for you and your loved ones.
