Dr Shivani Bhatt

Dr Shivani Bhatt is an ID physician currently working at Monash Health and undertaking a PhD in mycobacterial infections. She has experience with a broad range of chronic infections including hospital-acquired infections, and public health medicine.

Shivani grew up and attended school in Warragul.

She has studied and worked in major metropolitan hospitals in Melbourne, as well as in rural and remote locations in Victoria, the Northern Territory, and overseas in East Africa and Papua New Guinea.

She has an interest in global and public health, holding a Masters degree in Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine, but she is passionate about working in rural health.
